Once your floor is complete please allow 24 hours for foot traffic and 72 hours for vehicles. 

No, all of our epoxy flooring systems are sealed with a polyaspartic UV stable topcoat.

Our floors are designed to last and backed by a 5-year limited warranty against peeling or material defects. Please note, this warranty does not cover cracks or any other damage resulting from shifting in the underlying substrate.

Our epoxy flake system provides a textured finish and is non slip. For smooth, solid color floors, we offer the option to incorporate slip-resistant additives, enhancing traction.

Epoxy flooring is extremely durable and requires very little maintenance. We do however encourage regular cleaning with a broom, blower or vacuum and finish with a mop and some warm water paired with a mild ph neutral cleaning product.

Although spills are unlikely to cause significant damage to the floor, it’s crucial to clean them up promptly and prevent substances from lingering on the surface. Harsh chemicals, fuels, and oils can alter the flooring's color, so it’s essential to address spills immediately to maintain its appearance.

Concrete surfaces often have contaminants like oil, grease, or old coatings that can prevent the epoxy from bonding properly. Grinding the surface removes these contaminants and exposes the pores of the concrete, allowing the epoxy primer to penetrate the surface more effectively. This leads to better bonding and ensures the longevity and durability of the epoxy coating. If the surface isn’t adequately prepared, the epoxy may peel or flake from the concrete.

In short, grinding is a crucial step to ensure that the epoxy adheres properly and lasts for a long time.
